Sandra Mazzei, APRN, FNP-BC
Sandra Mazzei, FNP-BC, is the cofounder of Veloura Medical Aesthetics in Chino, California. As an aesthetic nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine, her passion lies in enhancing natural beauty with artistry and precision. She believes aesthetics is more than a practice—it’s an art form, and her goal is to highlight each client’s unique features with balance and harmony.
Sandra’s journey in aesthetics began the moment she became a nurse practitioner, but her foundation in patient care spans more than 16 years as a registered nurse. Nursing has shaped not only her clinical expertise but also her deep appreciation for human connection. For Sandra, understanding each client’s goals, concerns, and aspirations is at the heart of her approach to care.
With a commitment to natural-looking results and individualized treatment plans, Sandra blends advanced aesthetic techniques with a thoughtful, artistic perspective. Her focus is on subtle enhancements that restore confidence while preserving each client’s authentic beauty.

Dr. Daniel Urias
Board-certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Daniel Urias combines precision, safety, and artistry to create natural, balanced aesthetic results that honor each patient’s unique features.
Dr. Urias began his work in aesthetics in 2019, developing a strong focus on achieving harmonious outcomes that enhance — rather than alter — a patient’s natural identity. His clinical experience includes a wide range of procedures such as injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PRF), fat grafting, and ultrasound-guided techniques designed to ensure safe, predictable results.
Having completed a fellowship in plastic surgery, Dr. Urias continues to pursue ongoing education in emerging aesthetic technologies and best practices. His philosophy centers on combining surgical precision with a deep respect for patient individuality and natural form.
As a Medical Director, Dr. Urias partners with med spas that share his commitment to ethical care, patient safety, and evidence-based practice. He takes pride in mentoring providers, developing clear clinical protocols, and fostering collaboration to ensure professional growth and consistently excellent patient outcomes.
